My experience at Clarion. The solicitor, did not give us any advice or direction with our case. Took over £4000 from us for writing one letter. Charged us for communicating with his colleague, as he went on paternity leave. Then said he’d given us a discount but the bill was £4000. How could that have possibly have been a discount?! I would NEVER recommend this firm to anyone, but warn people not to use it?!
The experience at Clarion was great because David Spence and Ryan Millmore gave me confidence with their level headed advice at a difficult time, this was absolutely invaluable.
The staff at Clarion were good because they listened to our requirements, made appropriate recommendations, and responded to our particular needs. They made themselves available when it was convenient to us and advice was detailed and clear and all Staff were professional but friendly.
Clarion were helpful because they are always on the ball and very proactive
